Chief Operating Officer
Chow is a Singaporean who was a banker with JPMorgan Chase before moving to pursue a career in consulting. He is also the COO of a global hospitality company, with footprint in St. Kitts and Nevis, the UK, Finland, China and the Philippines. His expertise is in Investment Banking, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) as well as Corporate Management.
Diana Claxton-Whittaker
Chief Counsel
Diana is a versatile attorney-at-law with expertise in the fields of Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Corporate Law, Trust and Corporate Services, and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) regulatory obligations.
Mr. Rawlinson A. Isaac
Director
Mr. Isaac has a long and distinguished career in Banking and Finance spanning 35 years. He is an accredited Director of The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA Canada) and has served on several Boards including the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE), Caribbean Credit Card Corporation (4Cs), Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank (ECHMB) and West Indies Power (Nevis) Ltd.
